Apple surprised me today. I received notice today that they had just shipped my replacement Mac. I figured it would show up some time next week. About three hours later, my new computer arrived.
I’ve bought a lot of Macs over the last 15 years of running my ad agency. Apple protected their brand reputation in the best possible way today. They exceeded my expectations, and in doing so, they ensured that I will continue to run Macs for years to come. I am once again a fan.
